When new the 9800 worked well, excellent color prints. After a years use it now jams often and is currently not working at all. Support from HP on problems has been very poor. Good printer for low use but would not recommend for high volume printing.

I am still learning this machine, but so far so good. I have not done my mass mailing yet, and again, what I have printed so far is of excellent quality. Very easy to set up. For the cost conscious this is a good introduction to the wide format experience.
